Just Care Foundation: Donation Refund Policy
1. General Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days of the donation date. After this period, funds are typically committed to our field projects and cannot be reversed.
4. Important Conditions
- Tax Receipts: If an official tax-deductibility receipt (e.g., 80G in India or 501(c)(3) in the US) has already been issued, a refund may not be possible due to tax regulations. If a refund is granted, the original receipt must be voided and returned.
- Processing Fees: Please note that bank or payment gateway processing fees (usually 2-3%) may be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method used (e.g., the same credit card or bank account). We do not issue cash refunds.
